Our designers translate that conversation into sketches and a 3D render, refined with you until every detail is right.

Your piece is shaped, set, and polished by hand in our studio — then reviewed with you before it ever leaves our bench.

How long does a custom piece take?

Most custom engagement rings and heirloom pieces take 6-10 weeks from final design approval, depending on complexity and stone sourcing.

Can you use my own stone or family heirloom?

Yes — many of our favorite projects start with a client's inherited stone or an old piece to be redesigned.

What's the investment for a custom piece?

It varies widely by metal, stone, and complexity. We'll give you an honest estimate at your first consultation, with no pressure to commit.

Do you offer resizing or repairs?

Yes, for both our own pieces and outside jewelry, including heirloom restoration.
